Website terms of use
Basic terms for using the Saccade website.
About this site
This website provides information about Saccade and its investigational eye-movement assessment. You may use it to learn about the assessment and contact us. Questions about these terms can be sent to admin@saccade.health.
Health information
Website content is for general information and is not medical advice, a diagnosis or a treatment recommendation. Saccade’s investigational assessment cannot diagnose, predict or rule out Alzheimer’s disease or another condition. Discuss concerns and decisions with a qualified healthcare professional. Do not delay care because of this website; use local emergency services for an emergency.
Test availability sign-up
The website currently accepts sign-ups so we can contact you when a test is available. Joining is free and does not reserve an appointment, guarantee availability or timing, create a clinical relationship, or require payment. If appointments become available, booking, pricing, payment and rescheduling terms will be provided separately before you proceed. You may ask to leave the sign-up list by contacting Saccade.
Saccade SMS terms
SMS program terms updated October 12, 2026. Saccade, Inc. offers optional service texts about account setup, booking invitations, appointment confirmations, reminders and changes, and verification codes you request when available. Opt in using the separate, unchecked SMS box on our signup form. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or care. You may leave it unchecked and receive appointment-availability contact by email.
Message frequency varies with your requests and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of Saccade texts from this number; you may receive one message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for help or email support@saccade.health. After opting out, use email or contact support for account and appointment assistance. Delivery is not guaranteed and messages may be delayed. Do not send medical records, test results, passwords or payment-card details by text. Text messages are not an emergency service.
Text consent applies to the number you provide and the message types described above. Tell us if the number changes or is no longer yours. Joining the list or opting in does not book an appointment, authorize a payment, or give access to clinical records. See our Privacy notice for how we handle phone numbers and consent records.
Assessment and research consent
Reading this site or accepting cookies does not mean you agree to an assessment or research participation. Your clinic or study team will explain the relevant procedures, risks, data use and consent requirements before participation.
Responsible use
Do not attempt to access another person’s records, bypass access controls, disrupt the site, introduce malicious software or submit information you are not authorized to share. Provide accurate information when requesting assistance.
Content and third parties
Saccade branding and site materials belong to their respective owners. You may view the site and download the patient guides for personal reference; do not misrepresent authorship or endorsement. Linked research and third-party services are governed by their own terms. A link does not promise that a service is appropriate for you.
Availability and updates
We may correct, update or remove website content. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that general information will apply to every individual. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or protections that cannot lawfully be excluded. Changes will be reflected in the date above.
