Privacy notice
How this website uses information.
Scope and contact
This notice covers the Saccade marketing website. For questions or requests about website information, email admin@saccade.health. Clinical services and research participation require separate information from your clinic or study team.
Information you provide
If you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to send. We use it to respond to your request. Please do not send medical records, assessment results or payment-card details through general email.
Saccade text messages
SMS program notice updated October 12, 2026. If you choose the separate SMS checkbox, Saccade, Inc. records your phone number, choice, consent wording and version, and submission time. We use this permission for account setup, booking invitations, appointment confirmations, reminders and changes, and verification codes you request when that feature is available. SMS is optional; email remains available. Providing a phone number alone does not verify ownership or establish SMS consent.
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Service providers, including AWS and communications carriers, process information as necessary to operate and deliver Saccade messages. We retain consent and opt-out records to respect your choices and document the permission relied on. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; you can also contact support@saccade.health. See the SMS terms. New consent wording does not change permissions recorded for earlier signups.
Test availability sign-up
When you join the sign-up list, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and the age and location of the person taking the test. Saccade stores these details in its private AWS database to manage appointment-availability requests. Joining does not create a clinical patient record, reserve an appointment or authorize a charge. Please do not provide medical records in this form. We record when you joined, the contact-permission wording you accepted, and whether you separately chose SMS. A supplied phone number is not verified by this form. To limit abuse, we temporarily retain a hashed request identifier and request count for up to two hours, subject to automated deletion processing. Hosting providers also process technical request information.
We keep sign-up details while managing your request. To leave the list or request correction or deletion, email support@saccade.health. Contact permission is separate from optional website analytics.
Clinic enrollment inquiries
If you submit the For clinics form, we collect your first and last name, contact phone number and email, practice name, practice address and area of practice. We store these details in a separate private AWS database, along with your submission time and contact permission, to respond to your clinic’s interest in the Saccade program. This form does not enroll your practice automatically or request patient records. We keep the information while managing your inquiry; contact support@saccade.health to request access, correction or deletion.
Hosting and essential storage
Vercel hosts this website and processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect it. We store your cookie choice in a first-party cookie named saccade_consent for up to 180 days. It records your choice, its date and the notice version, not your name or health information. Clearing your browser cookies resets that choice.
Private appointment setup
Invited bookers use the separate service at book.saccade.health to set up an account and arrange an appointment for themselves or another person. Account setup uses AWS Cognito. The current service records private appointment requests for staff confirmation; it does not provide public instant scheduling. Booker and test-person details remain separate. The public signup form does not process payments. Any future payment and instant-booking flow will provide its applicable pricing and terms before use. Do not enter medical records or card details into appointment notes. Clinical portal access requires separate authorization.
Optional traffic analytics
With your permission, we use Vercel Web Analytics to understand visits to our homepage, including aggregate browser, device, country and page-view information. This analytics service does not use tracking cookies. Our implementation does not send form entries, URL query strings or fragments, or track booking, payment, clinic or patient pages. We do not add advertising pixels or session recordings.
Optional analytics remains off until you accept. You can reject it without losing access to the site, and change your choice through . We keep optional analytics off when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track. Withdrawing permission stops future analytics; it does not erase information already processed.
Service providers and links
Our hosting and analytics provider processes information to operate these services. External links, clinic services and payment providers have their own notices. We do not use this website’s optional analytics for targeted advertising.
Retention and your choices
We keep correspondence while needed to answer your request and handle related operational or legal obligations. Hosting and analytics records are subject to the provider’s retention settings. You can ask us about access, correction or deletion of information you have supplied; available rights and exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your request. Do not include sensitive documents in your initial message.
Clinical and research information
This website notice is not permission to collect eye recordings or conduct research. Your clinic or research team must explain the applicable data use and consent process separately. Cookie acceptance is not consent to an assessment, marketing email or research participation.
Changes
We will update this page when these practices change. The date above identifies this version.
